The units are well-equipped, beautifully designed with balcony. The location is particularly good and magnificent, 1 mile from a 150ft-high temple. The outdoor restaurant in the hotel is good, has tasty dishes.

We truly enjoyed the breakfast, it was excellent and good with excellent coffee and western style options, as for instance.

The Hotel Umbra Bagan offered a very nice pool area, big rooms with balconies, and excellent service. We enjoyed having good restaurants nearby and the ideal location for trips through the archeological area by bicycle.

We loved the great location of Hotel Umbra Bagan, as it was conveniently close to the temples. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The evening entertainment, including the free puppet show, added a touch of cultural charm. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, providing a satisfying start and end to our days. we would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and entertainment.

Although the room we booked was adequate, the wet room style bathroom was a bit inconvenient, making it difficult to keep the floor dry after showering. Additionally, we would advise against renting e-bikes from the hotel, as we had a negative experience when the battery fell out, leaving us stranded.

The hotel was a deluxe option. We stayed in the deluxe room and loved it. Everything created a special atmosphere. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Queen that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Clean place with very polite staff and great view of the gardens of a fair sized stupa in the background. Amazing swimming pool and great and beautiful location right by a pagoda in the hote grounds that is lighted at night and all the restaurants.

We loved being able to take a stroll through the well-maintained gardens and relax in the peaceful atmosphere. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby, so we had plenty of dining options.

The location is perfect for exploring the Old Bagan temples, just a short cycle ride away. It's also conveniently situated for travelers exploring the Southeast Asia area. The breakfast is good, plus there are great dining options nearby. Rooms are big, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff is helpful and polite, always ready to assist you. You can also enjoy the pool and beautiful garden.

The Wi-Fi service is quite slow and may cause inconvenience.

Spent Xmas in Bagan - it was a great experience. The hotel gave us complimentary water bottles which were much appreciated. Its location was great, with many cafes nearby. I had no trouble renting a bike from just outside the hotel. Enjoyed exploring the temples nearby.

Spent Christmas on our vacation and overall had a wonderful experience. the breakfast selection was incredible, they had a vast array of both Asian and Western dishes to choose from. The location was perfect, conveniently situated near the temples and within walking distance to some great restaurants. the pool was a great size and made for a refreshing escape from the heat.

Despite paying for a higher-end room, it felt extremely basic and outdated. The interior looked old and some of the amenities were not working properly.
